PERSONAL CAPITAL

Personal capital is how well you know yourself. It includes your awareness of your gifts, talents, strengths, weaknesses, purpose, passions, interests, and habits. It also has to do with knowing what type of environments, motivators, and people you work well with and which ones you don’t. There aren’t many classes on college campuses that help you understand who you are, and your future employer may not care who you are because they simply want to mold you into who they need you to be. Oftentimes, you have to explore these things outside of class and do this inner work on your own through personal development classes, coaching, and challenging yourself.

Our curriculum includes sessions such as:

  • The Innerview: How To Create A Career & Life Visioning

  • The Gallup Strengths Finder

  • The PassionFinder

  • The 4 Ways To Leave Your Legacy

  • How To Create Your Own Personal Development Plan

INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL

Your personal capital includes your awareness of your gifts, talents, strengths, weaknesses, purpose, passions, interests, and habits.

INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL

Intellectual capital is what you know. This includes your expertise in one or two subjects or skills. For some people, this stems from their college major, but for most people, it doesn’t. How do you know if you have expertise? When you walk into any room, what subject would you feel comfortable speaking about in front of anyone for an hour? Or, what skill can you do well and replicate success more than the average person? So many college graduates graduate with majors and minors but have no intellectual capital. They’re holding that expensive piece of paper but have nothing to show for it.

Our curriculum includes sessions such as:

  • The Art of Mastering Anything

  • Learning How To Learn

  • Improve Your Memory

  • How To Create Self-Directed Learning Plan

SOCIAL CAPITAL

Social capital is who you know and who knows you. Your social capital has very little to do with how many friends you have on Facebook or followers you have on Instagram. It’s all about who is committed to your personal and professional growth and development and vice versa. Your social capital can consist of your friends, but all relationships aren’t created equal. Higher capital relationships include mentors, alumni, seasoned professionals, parents’ friends, professors, counselors, coaches, advisors, and peers committed to your personal greatness (which we call your “successful friends”).

Our curriculum includes sessions such as:

  • Magnetic Networking

  • How To Find & Manage Mentors

  • How To Create A Mastermind Group

  • How To Ask For Help

  • How To Win Friends & Influence People

FINANCIAL CAPITAL

Financial capital is who knows that you know what you know. Reread that—it’s a tricky one. Your financial capital grows at the intersection of your intellectual and social capital. When the right people know that you know a lot about a subject or can execute a skill that they need, that’s when financial opportunities flow. Financial capital comes in the form of job opportunities, investment opportunities, entrepreneurial opportunities, and access to capital.

Our curriculum includes sessions such as:

  • Personal Branding

  • How To Know Your Worth

  • How To Enhance Your LinkedIn Profile

  • How To Write The World's Best Resume

  • Entrepreneurship 101

  • The Cashflow Framework

  • The S.D.A.M.E. Equation To Financial Freedom
